Customer Feedback Dialog is a free javascript applet that allows your website visitors to rate and leave comments about your web pages. Webmasters and Internet marketers can use this feedback to design more effective web pages. The applet itself is easily installed on your website and it collects and distributes no personal information.
What does it do?
In the bottom, right-hand corner of your website, your visitors will see a multi-colored icon.
When your users move their cursor over this icon, they will be able to rate your page or leave detailed feedback.
As the web site owner, you can login and view information collected from the tool. (More details about these statistics is included below.)

How do I install Customer Feedback Dialog?
Installing Customer Feedback Dialog is as simple as copying and pasting a few lines of HTML into your site's code.
How do I view the statistics?
To view the statistics for a particular page, there must be at least one vote for the page.
If you are an Aplus.Net customer, you'll see a page in the "select" box (to the left of the 'View' button) in your Control Panel. Choose the page you want to see stats for and click on the 'View' button.
Can I export my statistics?
You have the ability to export statistics for a particular page in two formats: XML and HTML. You can import the exported XML file into an Excel file or into an Access database.
What if I decide to remove the tool from my Web site in the future?
Simply take the code out of your webpage.
